Terms & conditions
The terms for hiring our LED screens, and the rules for using this website.
Last updated: 27 October 2026
01About these terms
These terms cover two things: Part A applies when you hire LED screens from NovaScreens; Part B applies to everyone using this website. Your written booking confirmation may add specific details (dates, times, prices, access requirements) — where it does, the confirmation takes priority.
02Part A — Quotes and bookings
We provide quotes in writing (email or WhatsApp). Unless the quote says otherwise, a quote is valid for 14 days from the date it's sent. Your booking is confirmed once we accept your booking in writing and receive any deposit shown in your quote.
Prices, availability and screen configurations can change after a quote expires. Panel sizes, layouts and limits described on this website (for example main displays up to 4 m wide × 2 m tall from 0.5 m × 1 m panels) reflect our standard kit, and any custom build we agree to is subject to a written confirmation.
03Part A — Cancellations and changes
Cancellation and change terms — including any deposit retention — are set out in your written booking confirmation. Date changes are always subject to availability; we'll do our best to move your booking rather than cancel it.
If we have to cancel for reasons within our control, we'll refund anything you've paid and help you find an alternative wherever we can.
04Part A — What we provide
As agreed in your booking, we deliver, assemble, test, operate and collect the LED screens, together with the video processor and control laptop. One of our team runs the wall live during your event unless we agree otherwise.
- Screens are built from our modular 0.5 m × 1 m LED panels within the panel budget confirmed in your booking.
- Content is loaded and tested with you before your event starts.
- We bring everything needed to stand the screens safely, including rigging or support structures.
05Part A — What we need from you
- Safe, level access to the setup area at the agreed times, for delivery, build, event and collection.
- A standard power socket within reach of the screens, and a safe place for our operator to work.
- For outdoor events, reasonable weather protection (shelter from rain and wind). We may delay, pause or reschedule a setup if conditions make it unsafe.
- A responsible contact person on site whom we can reach during setup and the event.
If access, power or safety requirements aren't met and we can't complete the setup, we'll discuss the fairest outcome with you at the time, which may include reduced scope or rescheduling.
06Part A — Content on the screens
You confirm you have the rights and permissions for every video, image, logo and name you ask us to display — including music and footage used in your content and any sponsor or brand materials. We may decline to display content that is illegal, infringing or inappropriate for the venue.
07Part A — Care of our equipment
All equipment remains the property of NovaScreens at all times. Please keep guests, drinks and decorations away from the screens and our operating area. You're responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing equipment damaged by you, your guests, your venue or your contractors beyond normal use.
08Part A — Liability
We take care of our kit and run every event professionally. Our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us for the booking, and we're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, missed sponsorship or disappointment.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.
09Part B — Website terms of use
This website, its text, layout, graphics and gallery photos belong to NovaScreens. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking us first.
Information and imagery on the site are provided for guidance and don't form a binding offer — a booking only exists once it's confirmed in writing as described in Part A. The site may link to third-party services (such as WhatsApp, Instagram or our form delivery provider); we're not responsible for those services or their content, and their own terms apply.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
