Privacy notice

NovaScreens ("we", "us") is a custom LED screen hire business based in Milton Keynes, United Kingdom. We build and run LED video walls for events, businesses and stages.

For any privacy question or request, email hello@novascreens.co.uk or message us on WhatsApp (07895 157275). We're the "data controller" for information collected through this website.

We only collect what we need to answer enquiries and run bookings:

• Enquiry details you type into the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), event or use type, approximate screen size and your message.
• Messages you send us directly by email, WhatsApp, or Instagram DMs.
• Basic technical information your browser sends when the site loads (such as your IP address), handled by our website hosting provider purely to deliver and secure the site.

The website has no accounts, no sign-up and no newsletters.

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote (legitimate interests).
• To plan, deliver and follow up on your booking, including setup details for your venue (performance of our agreement with you).
• To keep records we're required to keep by law (legal obligation).

We never sell your information and we don't send marketing emails. Photos of past events appear in our gallery; if you'd like your event removed, just email hello@novascreens.co.uk.

We're based in the UK and handle enquiries from our UK inbox (hello@novascreens.co.uk). This website is a static site — it does not store your enquiry details on its own servers.

When you use the contact form, your message is passed through a third-party form delivery service (FormSubmit) so it reaches our inbox. That service and our email provider may process the message on servers located outside the UK; only the details in your message are transferred, and only so we can receive and reply to it. Transfers are protected by the provider's contractual safeguards.

Messages sent on WhatsApp are processed by WhatsApp/Meta, and Instagram activity is handled by Meta, under their own privacy policies. Those platforms are independent of us.

Enquiry messages are kept in our inbox for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a booking follows. Booking records are kept for as long as needed to deliver the event and meet tax, accounting and legal requirements.

This website doesn't use advertising, analytics or social-media tracking cookies. Only strictly necessary technical storage is used for the site to function, so you'll never see a cookie banner here because there's nothing to consent to.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to: ask for a copy of your information; have it corrected; have it deleted; object to or restrict how we use it; receive it in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time.

To use any of these rights, email hello@novascreens.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, though we'd appreciate the chance to fix any problem first.

We'll update this page if how we handle data changes. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
